Hiring a Door & Window Outside Sales Representative to promote our door and window sales program, headquartered at our Watsonville location. Our ideal candidate has a passion for sales and customer service as well as an interest in construction and experience with doors and windows. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities: Perform outside door & window sales with contractors and homeowners on the phone and customer job sites. Provide a high level of customer service. Determine customer needs, measure jobs, quote prices, take customer orders and effectively purchase materials from suppliers. Achieve individual and branch sales and profitability goals.
Requirements: Excellent sales and customer service skills. Good practical knowledge of building materials and construction terminology with experience with window and door sales. Ability to work effectively with others to obtain a high level of customer satisfaction and promote Big Creek’s image in a positive manner. Outstanding phone skills. Good organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Positive, personable, professional attitude. Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground into the bed of a standard size pick-up truck. Good phone and computer skills.
Compensation: Commission based on sales and profit generated. Based salary for first year until established.
