Location: Davenport, CA

Current opening for a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic. Perform a wide variety of inspection, diagnosis, repair and maintenance work on a variety of gasoline and diesel powered vehicles and other equipment. Repair and maintain equipment in a timely, cost effective, safe and customer friendly manner. Prepare and complete paperwork in a timely manner. Communicate all parts and equipment needs in a timely fashion. Experience and training requirements include knowledge of tools, equipment and procedures used in the overhaul, repair and adjustment of automotive and other power-driven equipment; strong organizational skills; ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, read at least 8th grade level and write legibly; valid CA driver’s license (Class A preferred) and safe driving record.  Must be able to grasp with left and right hands, use fine hand manipulation, perform manual labor involving frequent bending, pulling, pushing, lifting climbing and carrying of weights up to 75 lbs., hear and distinguish various sounds such as abnormal equipment sounds, establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people at all levels throughout the organization, work flexible hours, provide and maintain the necessary complement of tools.  Full-time position with benefits. Pay Range: $22-36/hr.
