How to make an “Electronic Check” payment:

  • Log in to your Big Creek account or call our Customer Service Department at (831) 761-7912 for account and/or log in assistance. Link to Payments.
  • When logged into your account, select the prompt “Pay by Check”. Enter in the routing number and account number from your checking account and make a payment.
