EMPLOYEE PROFILE – KEVIN DUSSAULT RETAIL DIVISION MANAGER

Kevin has worked for Big Creek Lumber for fourteen years. He has been directly involved with building materials for forty-one years since graduating from college. He enjoys working with all of Big Creek’s retail branch teams and managers, working with them to help everyone grow and succeed. Kevin is married and has two sons and four grandchildren. They all live in northern California. He enjoys golfing and travelling with his wife.

Managing overall sales is a challenging and demanding responsibility. Big Creek is fortunate to have someone as dedicated as Kevin.

2026 CONTRACTOR CONFERENCE

We’d like to thank everyone who attended our conference! We hosted our 11th Annual Contractor Conference at the Cocoanut Grove in Santa Cruz, welcoming more than 200 attendees including contractors, industry partners, vendors and team members from across Central California.

The event coincided with Big Creek Lumber’s 80th year in business and reinforced our commitment to education, innovation and partnership within the construction industry.

Attendees enjoyed a full day of presentations covering regulatory updates, business planning, technology, cybersecurity, and WUI resilient construction, along with a lively vendor fair, great food and prize giveaways.

With engaging sessions, strong vendor support, and even a little dancing, the conference highlighted Big Creek Lumber’s role as a trusted resource beyond materials—supporting contractors through knowledge, connection, and long-term industry investment.
