Project Description:
This beautiful 10 unit complex is being built in Santa Cruz. They’ve been working on the project since January and they’ve done extensive work including  re-grading and installing a retaining wall to create 57 off street parking spots. They focus on detail from start to finish and on this project all units are handicapped accessible.
They’ve done many local projects and have been a customer of Big Creek Lumber for six years now. They are serviced by Outside Sales Representative, Kevin Waltz. Salvador Mendoza stated, “We just call Kevin and he makes it happen”.
