Scholarship Recipient – Joseph Petrillo

Big Creek Lumber has awarded scholarships to three this graduating high school seniors this year. We will showcase them individually for the next three months.

Joseph Petrillo is a graduate of Paso Robles High School. He will be attending North-Western Lineman College to prepare for a career as an Electrical Lineman. He is excited to pursue this career because of the critical importance that reliable electricity has in the lives of families and businesses, and he wants to be in a position to make sure people have access to safe and reliable power, especially after natural disasters and storms. He is looking forward to a hands-on career that will allow him to work outdoors with a strong team. He will also be attending truck driving school to earn his commercial driver’s license.
