Retired custom home designer and builder Paul McCormack got permission from his wife to come out of retirement and build one more home – as long as it was a dream home for her!

He designed and built this home from the ground up on the couple’s Moss Beach property. Paul used material acquired at Big Creek’s retail yard in Half moon Bay. He called out for Trespa Pura siding and Azek decking, products that Big Creek carries.
