Big Creek Lumber is excited to award more scholarships this year! Last year the McCrary Family Scholarship, provided $2,000 of financial assistance to six impressive graduating high school seniors and two scholarship renewals. So far 14 scholarships ($28,000 in scholarships) have been awarded. Big Creek Lumber looks forward to awarding more scholarships to worthy recipients this year.
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide graduating high school seniors the opportunity to further their education by providing financial support to offset the expense of attending a school studying skilled trades in the manufacturing, construction, maintenance fields or forestry.
