The green Douglas Fir market saw lower prices in June then found a bottom. Look for prices to be flat into July.
The OSB market saw lower prices in June and could continue to see lower prices in July.
Plywood market has topped out and we could see some lower prices in July.
One key issue in all markets is transportation shortages and freight price increases.
